Three Crosses Paucartambo 2D/1N

Paucartambo is a small town characterized by its Spanish construction of the 16th century by King Carlos III, the living manifestation of the conquest can be seen in the colonial bridge embedded on the Paucartambo River and distinctly colonial architecture, the bridge was rebuilt the old bridge inca. Paucartambo with a peaceful and friendly air, embedded between two rivers where today you can still see the typical dress of Andean women, Quechua man and the Andean child in its urban architecture has a configuration and special feature, houses painted white smoke doors and windows and blue, beautifully cobbled narrow streets that mostly you get a tourism landscape with a central square that has only 3 corners surrounded by palm trees and dancing. Day 1: Cusco – Paucartambo – Tres Cruces (L, A, C)

We leave early in the morning in private transport road to Paucartambo (4.00 hours approx.), There we stop for lunch and then walk through the village. Then we go our way (2.30 hours) to three crosses where we will camp to wait for dawn.

Day 2: Tres Cruces-Cusco (D, L)

We wait forward to the wonderful sunrise in Tres Cruces.
After a healthy breakfast start walking from a mixture of mountains and jungle never forget. If you are lucky you can observe the majestic condors living in this ravine. Then we return to Cusco.
